That Is The Only Cheat Code

The "cheat code" (as you would call it) is this;

Start a game, and hit the pause button. Also, it REALLY helps to have your sound turned on, otherwise you can't tell if you did the cheat correctly. At the pause screen, tap 6 times quickly with a single finger. You can tap anywhere on the screen that isn't a button. Wait at least one second. If you tap again before you wait, it won't work. You should hear the words "cheater". If you didn't hear anything, then try again. Each time you hear the words cheater, the cheat was applied. It gives you $50,000 money, 50 prisoners, and 5000 more max health.

You can do it again to get more and more money, prisoners, and health.
